Join Our Team iScope Concussion & Pain Clinics is a growing multidisciplinary healthcare organization dedicated to helping patients recover from concussion, chronic pain, motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, and other complex conditions.
We're looking for an organized, compassionate, and customer-focused Medical Office Assistant to join our North Vancouver clinic. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional patient experience while keeping our busy clinic running smoothly.
What You'll Do Welcome patients and create a positive first impression
Schedule appointments for physicians and allied health professionals
Answer phones, emails, and patient inquiries
Manage electronic medical records and patient documentation
Coordinate referrals and communicate with healthcare providers, insurers, legal offices, and third-party payers
Process patient payments and assist with billing inquiries
Support ICBC, WorkSafeBC, and extended health administrative processes
Maintain clinic supplies and assist with day-to-day clinic operations
Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary healthcare team
What We're Looking For Required Qualifications:
Medical Office Assistant Certificate or Diploma (or equivalent healthcare administrative experience)
Minimum one year of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Solid organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Teams)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic
Experience with InputHealth/CHR or other EMRs
Knowledge of ICBC, WorkSafeBC, and extended health insurance processes
Familiarity with medical terminology

Able to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy
