Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day evening activities at The LOFT
• Ensure compliance with program policies and procedures
• Manage operational documentation and reporting
• Support staff in handling client and crisis situations
• Foster collaboration with AHS and community partners

Requirements:
• Diploma in a relevant field
• 1 to 3 years supervisory experience
• Proven crisis management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Criminal Record Check required
