As a Home Support Worker reporting to the Client Care Coordinator, you will be part of a dedicated health care team. Your role involves personal care, meal preparation, companionship, and emotional support for clients. This position is vital for clients during times of illness or disability, promoting their well-being and helping them stay at home comfortably.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care including bathing and grooming
• Assist with housekeeping and meal preparation
• Accompany clients to activities and appointments




• Follow care plans approved by the Client Care Manager
• Document and report on client progress
Requirements:
• High school diploma or home support certification preferred
• Clear Criminal Record Screening Certificate
• Experience with seniors or disabled individuals
• Medical certificate for positive health
• Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
