About the Role The Managing Partner is responsible for maximizing the long-term value, growth, and strategic impact of a portfolio of UKG's most key customer relationships. Working at the intersection of business strategy, executive engagement, and enterprise execution, the Managing Partner partners with customers to accelerate business outcomes, strengthen executive alignment, and expand the value customers realize from their investment in UKG.
