Vancouver Mysteries seeks a highly-organised, tech-savvy individual who will work in the

company's Mystery Headquarters: supporting operations, customer service and our team of

Game Operators with a special focus on marketing and operations .

You will be reporting to both the company's Head of Operations and the company's owner.

You will be fun, quick-thinking, fast-acting, detail-focussed, enjoy problem-solving, and love

working with people.

You will start in the office with basic duties and your responsibilities will expand when you

show you are ready for them.

It's important you're adaptable – please don't expect a 9-to-5 desk job. You'll be working from the

company's Headquarters in downtown Vancouver at least 3 to 4 days a week (550 West

Hastings Street) and we are busy on evenings and weekends.

Qualifications





Candidates with office and/or retail experience who are currently studying sales and

marketing.

Skills / Highlights

- You enjoy solving problems and puzzles and embrace change.
- You are organised and well prepared.
- You have been described by others as a helpful person.
- You've been told you have excellent attention to detail.
- You are capable of working by yourself and are self motivated.
- Typing, filing, basic competency with word processing & spreadsheet software
- Professional and friendly phone manner
- Proficiency with Dropbox, Google Drive, Canva, Wordpress and Mailchimp would be helpful.
- You can show examples of content you've created, social media profiles/posts you manage (school work or real-life)

This entry-level position is available September 1 to December 31 (16 weeks) and pays $20/hour.
