We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to structure and strengthen the maintenance function. Mission Reporting to operations, you will lead and organize the maintenance department. Key responsibilities: Supervise a team of 4-5 maintenance technicians Implement a structured preventive maintenance program Drive ERP/CMMS usage (work orders, tracking, data)
