You will be responsible for assisting customers in identifying and ordering the right automotive parts and accessories for their vehicles. Additionally, you will need to maintain accurate inventory records, manage stock levels, and collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient repairs.If you are a fast learner, a detail oriented team player, and have the ability to stay organized in a high stress setting, then this is the role for you!Key responsibilities:Efficiently help customers select parts and provide internal and external customers (retail and shop) with high quality serviceAnswer telephone calls, provide price quotes any other information neededTake orders for parts by telephone, technician counter, retail counter and wholesale accountsConstant and consistent follow up on current orders and back ordersKeeping paperwork accurately maintainedReceive payments from retail customersHandle customer concerns immediately and according to the dealership's guidelines.Stock items by unpacking, arranging,
