Marino’s Automotive Group is looking for a Parts Consultant at Honda Queensway in Etobicoke!As a Parts Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the parts department. You will be responsible for assisting customers in identifying and ordering the right automotive parts and accessories for their vehicles. Additionally, you will need to maintain accurate inventory records, manage stock levels, and collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient repairs.If you are a fast learner, a detail oriented team player, and have the ability to stay organized in a high stress setting, then this is the role for you!Key responsibilities:Efficiently help customers select parts and provide internal and external customers (retail and shop) with high quality serviceAnswer telephone calls, provide price quotes any other information neededTake orders for parts by telephone, technician counter, retail counter and wholesale accountsConstant and consistent follow up on current orders and back ordersKeeping paperwork accurately maintainedReceive payments from retail customersHandle customer concerns immediately and according to the dealership's guidelines.Stock items by unpacking, arranging,



and placing items in bins and on shelves; adjusting inventory system and assuring all safety risksBeing a team player by assisting other co-workers with daily tasks and duties as neededOther duties as assigned by the Parts ManagerQualifications:At least 1 year of Automotive Parts experienceNo previous experience necessary.Experience using a DMS - PBS in particular is an assetExcellent interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitudeStrong verbal communication and writing skillsOrganized with a strong attention to detailAbility to follow set and standard proceduresExcellent time management skills and the ability to multi-taskFlexible and open to change; take on special tasks as neededAbility to work independently and take self-initiativeBasic computer skills and a comfort with learning new software and systemsMust have a full drivers licence and clean drivers abstractStrong knowledge of automotive parts and technical/mechanical repairsWorking in Parts DepartmentCompensation:Compensation range:The range may vary based on experience and qualifications.This compensation encompasses hourly pay, non-discretionary performance bonuses, and vacation pay as required under Ontario Regulation 476/24 made under the Employment Standards Act, 2000.Why Work for Marino's Automotive Group:A competitive benefits and compensation plan.A leadership team that believes personal growth, mentorship,
