Adecco is currently hiring Event Supervisors - Guest Experience for Cirque du Soleil in Ottawa, ON. This exciting opportunity is perfect for hospitality, retail, food service, tourism, entertainment, and customer service professionals ready to step into a leadership role.
As an Event Supervisor - Guest Experience, you will play a key role in supporting event operations, leading frontline teams, and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience from arrival to departure. Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Location: Ottawa, ON
Job Type: Temporary | Full-time
Schedule: 5 days per week (subject to the show schedule). Shifts begin approximately 2 hours before showtime and conclude after guest operations have ended.

Responsibilities
Supervise guest-facing operations during performances and events
Support the delivery of exceptional customer service throughout the venue
Lead, coach, and support frontline team members
Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve concerns professionally
Assist with staffing coordination and operational planning
Ensure service standards and operational procedures are maintained
Support crowd flow, venue logistics, and guest experience initiatives
Communicate operational updates and expectations to staff
Collaborate with department leaders to achieve event objectives
Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and company standards
Qualifications
1 to 3 years of leadership experience in hospitality, retail, food service, tourism, entertainment, events, or customer service
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Passion for customer service and guest satisfaction
Smart Serve Certification required
Cash handling experience required
Experience with inventory control considered an asset
Experience working at live events or large-scale venues preferred
Experience using radio communication systems is an asset
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
