Architectural Technology or related disciplineMinimum of 15+ years design experience within the local industryProficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)NCIDQ Certification required; has professional designation, additional professional designations are beneficialStrong knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft 365Experience in corporate workplace design or commercial sectors; hospitality experience is beneficialKey ResponsibilitiesLead and contribute to design dialogue across project phases and teamsApply knowledge of workplace design trends, visioning, and culture-driven design strategiesLead projects of mid (10,000 sf) to large (50,000 +) scale and complexityProject administration on projects from start up to completion including but not limited to:Client communicationPrepare and review project design budgets and schedulesCoordinate internal staffing requirements to meet project milestonesManage project fees, budgets, hours, etc., to complete tasks related to design scope of workLiase with internal management locally and nationally to resource staffing and project requirementsReview and approve consultant invoicesPlan and facilitate visioning sessions; document and analyze outcomesPrepare project budgets, schedules, and client presentations when requiredReview and coordinate drawings and documentation internally and with engineering consultantsEnsure drawings comply with building codes and accessibility requirementsGuide projects from pre-lease through concept, design development, and constructionLead concept development and oversee design direction with project teamsSupervise preparation of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documentsManage tender processes, including documentation and tender analysisOversee construction administration including site visits, change notices, site instructions, and certificates for
