Job Title: Housekeeper
Work Hours: 30-40 hrs per week
Wage: $23.00/hour to start

Job Description Property Valet is looking for reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Housekeeping Members to join our team. Our Houskeeping plays an important role in ensuring our vacation rental properties are clean, safe, well-maintained, and ready for every guest.

We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, have a strong eye for detail, and understand that quality cleaning and proper property presentation are essential to the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

- Complete detailed housekeeping and turnover cleans of vacation rental properties.
- Clean and disinfect kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain all flooring surfaces.
- Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, and upholstered furniture.
- Make beds and change linens according to company standards.
- Ensure beds are properly made, staged, and supplied with the required pillows and bedding.
- Stock and organize linens, towels, toiletries, and guest supplies.
- Restock property supplies as required.
- Clean and disinfect kitchen appliances, counters, sinks, and fixtures.
- Clean and polish bathroom fixtures and ensure bathrooms are guest-ready.
- Dust and clean furniture, surfaces, doors, baseboards, and other areas throughout the property.
- Check commonly overlooked areas, including under beds, behind doors, under furniture, and inside/around appliances.
- Complete final quality checks to ensure the property meets Property Valet standards.




- Properly stage properties according to company guidelines.
- Pick up debris and empty garbage and recycling containers.
- Clean windows, walls, ceilings, and other areas as required.
- Identify and report maintenance issues, damages, missing items, and safety concerns immediately to a supervisor.
- Provide clear descriptions and photos when reporting maintenance or property issues.
- Handle lost and found items according to company procedures.
- Report any guest or homeowner concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
- Communicate with supervisors and other Field Team members regarding completed and outstanding tasks.
- Follow all company safety, cleaning, and property-care procedures.
- Maintain a professional and respectful attitude when interacting with guests, homeowners, contractors, and team members.
- Assist with deep cleans, seasonal cleaning, and other housekeeping projects as required.

Qualifications: Physical Requirements

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk,



bend, kneel, reach, and climb stairs throughout the workday.
- Ability to push and pull cleaning equipment, vacuum cleaners, carts, and supplies.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have previous housekeeping or cleaning experience; vacation rental/hotel experience is preferred but not required.
