As a Team Lead, you will support the Brand Ambassador team during a large-scale community event featuring games, sampling, and activities suitable for families. Your key responsibility will be to maintain smooth operations while engaging shoppers and delivering memorable guest experiences.

This part-time, contract position requires your presence for all activation dates from October 22 to 25.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide the Brand Ambassador team for effective engagement
- Act as the main contact for event updates and instructions




- Conduct team check-ins to clarify roles and responsibilities
- Engage with families and children in a friendly manner
- Oversee sampling and maintain a fun atmosphere

Requirements:

- Previous Team Lead or customer service experience preferred
- Robust communication and leadership skills
- Valid Food Handler Certification required
- Availability for all activation dates
