As a Millwright Specialist at G&W; Electric, apply your expertise in maintaining and repairing manufacturing systems. This role is critical to ensuring optimal performance and reducing downtime.

We are in search of a dedicated Millwright with a valid 433-A Licence and over three years of industrial maintenance experience. The ideal candidate will work hand-in-hand with production and maintenance teams while utilizing solid knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Your problem-solving skills will drive continuous improvement initiatives within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance on facility assets
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and hydraulic failures
- Install, align,



and move machinery using proper techniques
- Read and interpret schematics and equipment manuals
- Support upgrades and modifications on existing equipment

Requirements:

- Holds a valid 433-A Licence (Red Seal) in Ontario
- 3+ years in industrial maintenance roles
- Proficient in mechanical and pneumatic system analysis
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork capabilities
