The Opportunity
We are looking for a Regional Manager to lead and support a portfolio of dental clinics in the lower mainland British Columbia region in Canad a. Reporting to the Senior Director, Operations, this individual will provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to Clinic Managers and Office Managers.As a key operational leader, you will drive performance in patient experience, financial results, operational excellence, and team engagement to ensure exceptional care delivery while supporting sustainable growth. This is a hybrid position aligned to our Toronto Support Centre, with regular travel required within the region.Who You Are

Clinic Leadership and Team Development
Lead, coach,



and develop a team of Clinic Managers and Office ManagersSet clear performance expectations aligned to objectives and key results (OKRs)Build leadership capability and succession strength across the regionFoster a culture of accountability and collaboration by bringing "Brilliant Together" to life across clinics and the Support CentreIdentify and develop leadership potential within clinic teamsPatient Experience and Quality of Care
Promote a patient-centered culture that delivers consistent, high-quality carePartner with Lead Dentists and clinical leaders to support clinical excellence initiativesEnsure efficient appointment planning, coordination, and flow to deliver exceptional experiencesTake ownership of escalated patient concerns and support resolution as neededEnsure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements and provincial standardsComplete annual facility condition reports in partnership with cross-functional teamsOperational Planning and Execution
Partner with Clinic Managers and Lead Dentists to develop annual goals and execution plansAnalyze key performance indicators to identify revenue growth and operational improvement opportunitiesDrive performance in patient engagement, hygiene production, pricing strategy, and workforce managementImplement Support Centre programs, policies,



and operational standardsAct as a change agent by helping clinics navigate growth and transformationConduct regular clinic visits to reinforce operating standards and identify improvement opportunitiesSupport the seamless integration of new clinics in partnership with integration and training teamsFinancial Performance
Own regional financial performance (P&L;)Coach Clinic Managers on revenue forecasting, budgeting, and workforce optimizationReview and strengthen workforce management, payroll approvals, and cost disciplineParticipate in monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviewsAdministrative Partnership
Ensure Clinic Managers effectively oversee day-to-day administrative functionsStrengthen collaboration between clinics and Support Centre teamsPromote accountability for payroll, scheduling, reporting, banking operations, and accounts receivableWhat You Bring
Proven experience in multi-site management, preferably in dental or healthcareBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Services Management, Dental Administration, or a related field is considered an assetStrong leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilitiesStrong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and KPI analysisExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsKnowledge of dental industry regulatory and compliance standardsAgile leadership style with strong prioritization and execution skillsValid driver's license and ability to travel frequently within the regionWhat You Get and Give
