Job Summary

We are hiring a Machine Operator for a contract/temporary opportunity in Burlington, ON within a consumer packaged goods manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on production experience, build practical machine operation skills, and work full-time hours in a structured, team-focused setting.

As a Machine Operator, you will support daily production activities, including sorting, packing, and quality inspections. On-the-job training is provided, making this a strong opportunity for dependable candidates who are safety-conscious, reliable, and ready to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and support production equipment according to workplace procedures.
- Sort, pack,



and prepare consumer packaged goods for production or shipment.
- Complete visual quality inspections to ensure products meet standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.
- Follow all safety procedures and report concerns to the appropriate team lead or supervisor.
- Support production targets by working efficiently and accurately during assigned shifts.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $21.00 per hour.
- Weekly pay.
- Full time hours.
- On-the-job training provided.
- 12-hour continental swing shifts.
- 2 weeks on day shift from 7AM to 7PM.
- 2 weeks on night shift from 7PM to 7AM.
