Looking for a highly motivated individual to join Laura Canada as a Store Manager

Laura Canada is looking for a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead the team at the Kingsway Mall location. If you have a passion for fashion, customer service, team leadership, and creating an exceptional shopping experience, this could be a great opportunity for you!

Job Requirements & Responsibilities:

- Contagious passion for fashion and customer service
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a store management position
- Robust leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and coach a team
- Ability to create a positive, energetic, and enjoyable work environment
- Recruit, onboard, develop, and coach team members
- Ensure exceptional customer service and a unique, memorable shopping experience
- Promote company programs, product knowledge, and current fashion trends
- Ensure key financial objectives are achieved, including sales and other performance targets
- Schedule effectively to provide optimal floor coverage




- Act as a stylist and help customers build personalized wardrobes
- Monitor team performance, provide ongoing coaching, and address conflicts when required
- Collaborate with merchandising teams to maintain attractive and compliant merchandise presentation
- Support daily store operations, including receiving merchandise, price changes, shipping orders and transfers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Recognized for positive leadership and a solution-oriented approach
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
