Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, demonstrating mechanical knowledge and experience with hand and power tools. This role involves performing routine lube services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

- Perform oil changes and other routine maintenance services on vehicles.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks.
- Conduct inspections of vehicles to identify any additional service needs.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about services performed and recommendations for further maintenance.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the service area, ensuring all equipment is properly stored and organized.
- Handle heavy lifting as required during vehicle servicing.
- Stay updated on automotive technology and repair techniques to enhance service quality.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure productive workflow in the shop.

Requirements

- Previous dealership or mechanic experience is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed during service tasks.
- A proactive approach to maintenance and repairs, demonstrating attention to detail.
