Duties

- Lead and supervise all store activities, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to company policies
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members while providing ongoing training and development opportunities
- Manage inventory purchasing, pricing strategies, and merchandising to maximize sales and profitability
- Oversee cash handling procedures, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and integrity
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract customers and increase store visibility
- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and implement action plans to meet or exceed targets
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by resolving issues promptly and ensuring a positive shopping experience

Experience





- Proven supervisory or managerial experience within a retail environment with a focus on sales management and team leadership
- Strong skills in negotiation, merchandising, pricing, and store operations management
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Experience with payroll processing, budgeting, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks is essential
- Demonstrated ability in recruiting, training & development, interviewing, and supervising staff members
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, marketing strategies, and retail sales techniques
- Excellent communication skills along with organizational skills for efficient time management and multitasking

Pay: $18.50-$19.50 per hour
