Build Wellness is looking for a part-time or full-time physiotherapist to join our growing team in Victoria, BC.
The Team:
Build Wellness (https://www.buildwellness.ca/) believes in healing through movement. We are a dedicated group of practitioners looking to expand our team. We work with professional athletes, active individuals, and everyday movers to understand their bodies, recover smarter, perform at their best, and get back to doing what they love. We believe great care doesn't stop when the treatment ends, it gives people the confidence and tools to move better outside the clinic.
Located inside Forge Training in downtown Victoria at 989 Johnson. Build Wellness is a movement- and performance-focused clinic where rehabilitation and training go hand in hand.
The Opportunity:
We're looking for a who is passionate about exercise-based rehabilitation, movement, and helping people return to the activities they love. You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload ranging from recreational athletes and gym-goers to high-level performers and people simply looking to move better. We value clinicians who think critically, communicate well, and aren't afraid to get out of the treatment room and onto the gym floor.
You'll work alongside a growing team in a movement- and performance-focused environment, with opportunities to collaborate with other physiotherapists, acupuncturists, kinesiologists, dietitians among other practitioners to provide a more integrated patient care.
Whether you're working with an athlete managing training demands, someone returning from injury, or an active person looking to move and feel better, we want your treatment to be part of the bigger picture.
What We're Looking For:
- Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC.
- 2+ years of clinical experience preferred.
An equivalent combination of education and clinical experience may be considered.
- Strong interest in sports, strength training, rehabilitation, or performance.
- Exercise-focused and committed to active rehabilitation.
- Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to work alongside other health and fitness professionals.
- Passion for continued learning and professional development.
- Comfortable working with athletes and active populations.
- A genuine interest in helping clients become more capable with their bodies.
Sports, strength & conditioning, or personal training experience is a strong asset.
What You'll Get:

Pay:
Part time (10-25 Hours/week) $40,000 - 85,000 per year
Full time (30-50 Hours/week) $115,000.00 - 160,000.00 per year
