Phantom specializes in protecting and enhancing luxury and performance vehicles through Paint Protection Film (PPF), windshield protection, window tint, vinyl decals, polishing, and ceramic coatings.

We work with some of the most desirable vehicles on the road and have built a reputation for quality, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service. We’re proud to work with many of Calgary’s leading luxury dealerships, including being the exclusive installer for Ferrari of Alberta.

And we’re just getting started. Phantom is moving into a brand-new facility this winter, giving our team an exciting opportunity to grow alongside the business.

We’re looking for a Film Installer who wants to develop their skills, work on high-end vehicles, and be part of a professional team that cares about craftsmanship.

Whether you’re an experienced PPF installer or have automotive experience and are looking to take your skills to the next level, we’re open to different levels of experience.

What You'll Do

- Thoroughly clean, decontaminate, and prep vehicles prior to film application
- Install Paint Protection Film (PPF), window tint,



windshield protection, and vinyl decals
- Power polish and prepare vehicles of various sizes, makes, and models
- Perform rock-chip touch-ups and related paint correction work as required
- Complete installations efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality
- Inspect your work and ensure every vehicle leaves looking its best
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work as part of a team to meet production timelines and customer expectations
- Assist with other shop tasks and projects as needed

What We're Looking For

- Genuine enthusiasm for automobiles
- Robust attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Class 5 driver's licence
- Clean driving abstract
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to crouch, bend, stretch, and comfortably work in difficult-to-reach areas

Preferred / Assets:

- 2+ years of PPF installation experience
- Experience working with 3M or other PPF products
- Automotive detailing, paint correction, or general automotive experience
- Window tint installation experience
- Windshield protection film experience
- Knowledge of ceramic/graphene coatings
- Experience working with vinyl decals
