We’re looking for a Dispatcher to play a critical role in the day-to-day execution of our logistics operations. This role is responsible for coordinating carriers and drivers, tracking shipments, resolving delivery issues, and ensuring transparent communication across teams.

What You’ll Do

· Coordinate and schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers and drivers

· Track shipments and maintain accurate, real-time status updates

· Proactively communicate delivery updates, delays, and exceptions to customers and internal teams

· Ensure all shipping documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with transportation regulations

· Investigate and resolve delivery exceptions and customer inquiries promptly

Who We’re Looking For

· Education: High school diploma required

· Organisation & Communication: Highly organised, detail-oriented,



and confident in communicating with multiple stakeholders.

· Technical Skills: Comfortable using MS Office and logistics /transportation management systems

· Problem Solving: Able to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and resolve issues quickly

· Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with carrier operations and transportation regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour
