Baker Job Highlights:

- Bake mixed dough and batters; Prepare dough for donuts and sweet goods, batters for muffins and cakes and jellies, icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders
- Creates appealing designs on all specialty bakery goods
- Operate machinery
- Prepare special orders
- Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
- Provides courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and Team Members at all times
- Ensure adherence to all applicable health and safety regulations including Food Safety and regulatory duties required in the department.

Basic Qualifications:

- Food Protected level 1 accreditation preferred
- Previous experience preparing food
- Baking experience would be considered an asset
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours that include graveyard shifts ranging between 930pm-530am. Weekday, weekends, and holidays
- Prepare food to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature,



quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients

- Baking: Minimum 2 years (preferred)
