Atlantic Evershine Ltd. is currently hiring multiple Full-Time and Part-Time Janitorial Cleaners for a variety of shifts and locations throughout HRM and surrounding areas.

We are looking for reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team. We have multiple positions available with various daytime, evening, and weekend shifts, depending on the assigned location.

Cleaning experience is an asset but is not required. Training will be provided to the right candidates.

Position Details

Available Positions:

- Full-Time Cleaners
- Part-Time Cleaners

Schedules:

- Day shifts
- Evening shifts
- Weekend shifts
- Various schedules available depending on location

Wage:
Starting from $18.00 per hour, depending on the assigned site, position, and experience.

Duties may vary depending on the assigned location and can include:

- General commercial and janitorial cleaning
- Cleaning offices, washrooms, lunchrooms, and common areas
- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
- Emptying garbage and recycling
- Cleaning and sanitizing high-touch surfaces
- Restocking washroom and kitchen supplies
- Following site-specific cleaning procedures
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment
- Using cleaning products and equipment safely and appropriately

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who are:

- Reliable and punctual
- Dependable and professional
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Able to follow instructions and site-specific procedures
- Physically capable of performing janitorial duties throughout the shift

Requirements





- Previous commercial or janitorial cleaning experience is an asset, but not required
- Must be able to provide a clean Criminal Record Check
- Security clearance is NOT required for these positions
- Reliable transportation is an asset, as some locations may not be easily accessible by public transit
- Willingness to complete company-provided training, including WHMIS and applicable site-specific orientations
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
