Location:

Job Type: Part-Time (can lead to more full-time hours with availability, experience and tenure)

Availability: Evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

About the Role: As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be one of the first faces guests meet at our newest Cask & Keg location. You'll help us create a welcoming, well-run and friendly store that people will love coming back to.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

- Greet every guest with warmth and energy
- Assist with inquiries, make product recommendations
- Promote special events, seasonal features, and in-store launches
- Handle customer concerns and pass feedback to management

Retail Operations:

- Operate the register (sales, returns, gift cards)
- Open and close tills following procedures
- Restock, rotate, and organize product displays
- Receive deliveries and maintain inventory accuracy
- Keep the store clean, organized, and guest-ready





What We’re Looking For:

- 1+ year in a retail or service role
- Must be 19+ years old
- Serving It Right certification required
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
- Valid work permit (if applicable)
- Positive, reliable, and team-focused attitude
