We’re building our opening crew and we need people who bring energy to the counter, not just a shift.

What you’ll be doing

- Pulling great espresso and building our matcha & specialty drinks with speed and consistency
- Running the counter during rush — taking orders, working the register, keeping the line moving
- Prepping wraps and grab-and-go items to spec
- Keeping the station clean, stocked, and ready for the next wave of customers
- Being the face of Le Grab for commuters who are in a hurry but still deserve a great moment

What we’re looking for

- Barista experience required — you know your way around an espresso machine and you can make drinks fast without cutting corners
- High energy, positive attitude — this is a high-traffic metro location and the pace is real
- Reliable, punctual, comfortable with early starts (we open at 6 AM)
- Team player — we’re a small, tight crew and we look out for each other
- Bilingual (English/French) is a solid asset given our clientele
- Availability for full-time or part-time, including some early mornings

Le Grab est le tout nouveau café pour emporter de Montréal, installé directement dans le métro Lionel-Groulx — des milliers de personnes défilent devant notre comptoir chaque jour. On bouge vite, on fait du bon café, et on s’amuse en le faisant. Don’t Stop. Just Grab. — ce n’est pas juste notre slogan, c’est notre façon de travailler.

On bâtit notre équipe d’ouverture et on cherche des gens qui apportent de l’énergie au comptoir, pas juste un quart de travail.

Vos tâches

- Préparer de bons espressos et nos boissons matcha et spécialités avec rapidité et constance

- Gérer le comptoir durant le rush — prendre les commandes, opérer la caisse, garder la file fluide

- Préparer les wraps et les items pour emporter selon les standards

- Garder la station propre,



bien approvisionnée et prête pour la prochaine vague de clients

- Être le visage de Le Grab pour des clients pressés qui méritent quand même un bon moment

Ce qu’on recherche

- Expérience en tant que barista requise — vous maîtrisez la machine à espresso et pouvez préparer des boissons rapidement sans compromettre la qualité

- Énergie et attitude positive — c’est un emplacement à fort achalandage dans le métro et le rythme est réel

- Fiable, ponctuel(le), à l’aise avec les débuts matinaux (on ouvre à 6 h)

- Esprit d’équipe — on est une petite équipe soudée et on se soutient

- Bilinguisme (français/anglais) est un atout important vu notre clientèle

- Disponibilité temps plein ou partiel, incluant certains quarts matinaux
