We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to lead the development of our affiliate acquisition

channel in the Canadian market. This is a highly specialized role focused on building and managing

relationships with affiliate partners and CPA networks.

Our in-house teams already manage Google Ads, SEO, SMM, and other performance marketing channels.

Your mission will be to establish scalable partnerships that drive high-quality customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

Build and grow the affiliate marketing channel in Canada.

Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage CPA networks, affiliates, publishers, and lead generation partners.

Develop long-term relationships with key partners and negotiate commercial terms.

Drive customer acquisition through affiliate partnerships while ensuring lead quality and campaign

profitability.

Monitor and optimize key performance metrics, including CPA, CPL, conversion rates, lead quality, and

ROI.

Plan and coordinate promotional calendars, seasonal campaigns, and special offers with affiliate partners.





Ensure affiliate activities comply with Canadian regulatory and advertising requirements.

Work closely with internal technical teams on tracking, API integrations, postbacks, pixels, and attribution.

Hands-on technical implementation is not required, but a solid understanding of affiliate tracking is

essential.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or CPA Partnership Management.

Proven experience working with the Canadian market.

Strong understanding of CPA networks, affiliate ecosystems, publishers, and lead generation models.

Experience building and maintaining commercial partnerships.

Good understanding of affiliate tracking technologies, API integrations, postbacks, attribution, and

performance analytics.

Knowledge of Canadian financial advertising regulations or the ability to quickly navigate and apply

regulatory requirements.

Fluent English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

Experience in Payday Loans (PDL), consumer lending, or other fintech products.

Existing network of Canadian affiliate partners and CPA networks.

Experience working in FinTech, Digital Lending, Banking, or Financial Services.
