Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive guest services to enhance their dining experience
- Take accurate orders using POS systems, including Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient service
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
- Prepare and serve food items according to safety and sanitation standards, maintaining food safety protocols
- Assist with food preparation tasks to support kitchen operations and uphold quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all areas, including dining spaces, kitchen, and food handling stations
- Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while providing friendly recommendations to guests

Skills





- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with solid customer service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math for transactions, inventory counts, and order accuracy
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude that promotes guest satisfaction
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
