REQUIREMENTS Experience providing user support. Technical accreditation & relevant post-secondary education in the IT field required. A general interest in all things technical is the greatest plus.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS You need to be comfortable working with people and to document & communicate clearly and accurately. You must be both able to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in IT implementations and project management a plus. You must have own transportation and be willing to travel within the GTA. You must be accessible, punctual and reliable. You will need to be willing to learn new technology and processes.

POSITION OVERVIEW Provide MSP services plus general technical support and implementation to a small set of business clients in the field, over the phone,



through remote management software and via email. This is a full time business hours position. There will be a partial work-at-home option available after the probation period. It may sometimes be necessary to work after hours. There may sometimes be a requirement to visit client site but primary role will be remote.

Pay: $62,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
