Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled, warm, and client-focused Esthetician who is confident performing facials, dermaplaning, manicures, and pedicures.

Technical skills are important, but personality, reliability, trustworthiness, and teamwork are equally important to us. We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about clients, supports their teammates, communicates positively, and contributes to a welcoming and professional spa setting.

The ideal candidate should also be comfortable consulting with clients, understanding their skincare needs, recommending appropriate facial treatments, and confidently recommending professional skincare products for at-home care.

Experience with Hydro/Hydrafacial-style treatments and Head Spa is an asset.

Responsibilities

- Perform professional facial treatments customized to each client's skin type, concerns, and goals
- Perform dermaplaning treatments safely and confidently
- Perform manicures and pedicures, including nail shaping, cuticle care, polish application, and general nail care
- Perform gel/shellac polish services where qualified and experienced
- Conduct thoughtful skincare consultations and help clients understand their skin needs
- Recommend and upsell appropriate facial treatments or upgrades based on the client's individual skin needs, rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach
- Educate clients on professional skincare and appropriate at-home routines
- Recommend and retail skincare products that genuinely complement the client's treatment and skincare goals
- Build long-term client relationships through excellent service, care, and follow-up recommendations
- Maintain excellent sanitation,



disinfection, and cleanliness standards
- Maintain accurate and professional client service records
- Support fellow team members and contribute to the smooth operation of the spa
- Assist with Head Spa and other spa services where trained

What We're Looking ForTechnical Skills

- Hands-on experience performing facials is required
- Experience performing manicures and pedicures is required
- Dermaplaning experience/training is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of different skin types, concerns, and appropriate facial treatments
- Knowledge of professional skincare products and at-home skincare
- Strong sanitation and infection-control practices
- Head Spa experience is an asset
- Hydro/Hydrafacial-style treatment experience is an asset
- Esthetics/cosmetology certification or equivalent professional training is preferred
