The Rouxbarb seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items with precision, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and ensuring a smooth kitchen operation. What you'll do:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to quality standards set by the Executive Chef
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times
- Ensure timely delivery of dishes to meet service standards




- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices

What we're looking for:

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain consistency in food quality
- Transparent efficient communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
