Position Overview
As a Lady Bug’z Care Worker, you will provide one-on-one care and companionship to seniors in their homes. Duties may include:
- Cooking (a must) and light housekeeping
- Personal care (assistance with dressing, showers, etc.)
- Grocery shopping and local appointments
- Engaging in games, conversation, and social activities
Requirements
- Registered Care Aides preferred
- Fluent in English
- Food Safe and First Aid certification
- Up-to-date criminal background check
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
- Must be available evenings and weekends
- Must be reliable, well organized, and punctual
- Personable, patient, and a good communicator
- Must have at least 2 years experience, as well as experience working with seniors
