We're looking for a Lead Hand who can run day-to-day execution for an assigned crew, keep projects moving, and represent the standards we expect on every job site — someone who takes ownership of their work and wants to grow with a company that's building something better at all locations within our service area of SD&G; and Cornwall.

Responsibilities

- Assign and check daily tasks for an on-site crew
- Coordinate subcontractors and crew scheduling for the week ahead
- Inspect completed work for quality before sign-off
- Run weekly toolbox talks and safety walks for the crew
- Maintain accurate JobTread documentation (daily logs, task tracking)

What You Bring

- Prior experience leading a crew or working as a foreman/lead hand on residential or light-commercial sites
- Strong carpentry background — comfortable framing, finishing, and reading drawings. Carpentry Red Seal designation considered a strong asset.
- Able to make on-the-spot decisions and solve problems in the field without waiting for direction
- Strong commitment to quality workmanship and clear, professional communication
- Full set of tools and reliable transportation
