Overview
We are seeking a friendly, attentive Server/Bartender to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food and beverage service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with guests, create memorable dining experiences, and develop your skills within the food industry. Prior experience with POS systems and food safety standards is preferred.

Duties

- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with responsible alcohol service policies
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area, bar, and dining space in compliance with food safety standards
- Assist in setting up tables, refilling supplies, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests
- Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management skills




- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times to uphold food safety standards

Requirements

- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent time management skills to manage multiple tables and tasks simultaneously
- Basic understanding of the food industry operations and hospitality standards
- Must be at least 18 years old or older to serve alcohol (if applicable)

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
