Howitt Construction is a busy excavation company based out of Red Deer. We're looking for a local experienced excavator operator to load highway trucks on a road construction project on Hwy 11 between Eckville & Benalto.

Candidates must be able to perform all the skills in the Scope of Work, and work in a secure manner following all policies and procedures.

Work Details

- 7 days a week, 7am to 6pm,
- Long weekends off (4 days),
- Must have own transportation to and from work.

Excavator Scope of Work:

- Minimum 4 years of excavator experience,
- Maintain grade it cut area,
- Safely & efficiently load highway trucks,
- Working around other heavy equipment & ground personnel,
- Complete walk arounds,
- Fuel and grease own machine.

PPE Requirements

- Steel toed boots,
- High visibility safety vest,
- Gloves.

Pay: $30.00-$33.00 per hour
