Group NB, a leading staffing and recruitment agency in the Transportation, Logistics and Supply Chain industries. . We are searching for hard working individuals to work as a Order Picker in a busy warehouse in Ingersoll, ON

Conditions:

- Pay: $22.50 / hour ($0.50/hour afternoon shift premium, $1.00/hour midnight shift premium)
- Schedule: 4PM – 2:30AM (afternoon: Mon, Wed-Fri), 6PM – 6AM (midnight: Sun, Tues, Sat)
- Training: Mon, Weds, Fri: 6AM – 4:30PM, Sun, Tues, Sat: 6AM – 6:PM

Key Responsibilities

- Pick and prepare customer orders according to load maps.
- Load/unload trailers and restock inventory as needed.
- Follow FIFO, HACCP, GMP, SQF, and Health & Safety procedures.
- Safely operate material handling equipment (MHE).
- Perform inventory counts and product checks.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.




- Meet productivity requirements of approximately 1,000–1,200 cases per shift.
- Work effectively as part of a team and maintain a qualified attitude.

Qualifications:

- Ability to read and write English.
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg repeatedly.
- Able to work in a cold environment of approximately 32–36°F (0–2°C).
- Steel-toed boots are required.
- Bring warm layers suitable for working in a cold warehouse.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From $22.50 per hour
