Duties

- Greet guests warmly and assist with the operation of slot machines, ensuring they are functioning correctly and efficiently
- Monitor gaming areas to uphold safety standards and prevent theft or misconduct
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including payouts, jackpots, and change requests
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues promptly, and creating a positive guest experience
- Supervise and support junior team members, offering guidance and leadership to maintain high service standards




- Conduct routine inspections of slot machines and gaming areas to ensure compliance with regulations
- Maintain detailed records of transactions, payouts, and machine performance for reporting purposes

Experience

- Supervising experience or demonstrated leadership in customer service roles preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests and team members
- Basic math skills necessary for cash handling, payouts, and balancing registers
- Prior experience in guest services or casino operations is a plus but not required
- Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence
