Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen by preparing high-quality dishes and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
- Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation
- Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure all food handling and storage complies with safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Follow proper food safety procedures at all times to prevent contamination
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods by assisting with various tasks as needed




- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a line cook in a restaurant setting
- Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation procedures
- Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques within the food industry
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction when interacting with front-of-house staff or guests
