Tycann Camp Services is looking for a reliable and motivated Temporary Shop/Warehouse Assistant to join our team for approximately 2 months, working around 30 hours per week.

Position Summary

The Shop/Warehouse Assistant will support daily shop operations by organizing materials and tools, maintaining inventory, coordinating material returns, and ensuring the shop remains clean and efficient.

Responsibilities

- Gather and prepare materials and tools for individual projects.
- Return unused materials and supplies to vendors/suppliers as required.
- Complete inventory counts and track materials used on projects.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Clean and organize the shop, yard, and storage areas.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials.
- Operate a skid steer safely and efficiently when required.
- Perform other general shop duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Previous experience working in a shop,



warehouse, yard, or construction environment is an asset.
- Experience operating a skid steer is required.
- Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving materials.
- Valid driver's Class 5 license is an asset.
