Job Description

Chine Hotpot is a high-volume dine-in restaurant seeking motivated servers with previous full-service restaurant experience.

We are looking for individuals who already understand dine-in service basics and are ready to grow within a fast-paced, structured, and team-driven environment. This role is ideal for candidates who learn quickly, stay proactive, and are comfortable maintaining strong service flow during busy periods.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a full-service dine-in restaurant strongly preferred.
- Comfortable managing multiple tables during peak hours
- Ability to stay organized and efficient in a high-volume environment
- Comfortable staying active and moving throughout busy service periods
- Robust awareness, initiative, and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and peak hours

Responsibilities

- Provide attentive and efficient table service




- Maintain smooth service flow during busy periods
- Support team operations and communicate proactively
- Follow structured service standards and restaurant systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$26.00 per hour
