About the Role
This is a front desk and client-facing position designed especially for candidates who have completed medical aesthetics training but may have limited hands-on industry experience.

You will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play an important role in creating a professional, welcoming, and trustworthy experience.

The position combines front desk responsibilities, client communication, treatment knowledge, follow-up, and consultative sales.

New graduates are welcome. Practical treatment experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable services
- Support booking, follow-up, and front desk operations
- Help drive sales by presenting services persuasively and with empathy
- Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver a seamless experience

Qualifications

- Completed or currently completing a recognized Medical Aesthetics / Medical Esthetics program
- Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
- Certification or licensing in aesthetics, medical aesthetics, laser, or related fields is preferred




- Hands-on treatment experience is not required
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and client communication skills
- Comfortable discussing treatments, pricing, packages, and purchasing decisions with clients
- Strong interest in sales and achieving measurable results
- High emotional intelligence and ability to understand individual client needs
- Skilled presentation and polished communication style
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced client-facing environment

Preferred Background
This position may be especially suitable for someone who has recently graduated from a medical aesthetics program and understands aesthetic treatments and terminology, but has not yet had the opportunity to build significant hands-on experience.

We are looking for someone who can combine their medical aesthetics knowledge with strong communication and consultative sales ability.

You do not need years of industry experience. What matters most is that you understand the field, communicate confidently with clients, learn quickly, and are motivated to grow.
