We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving beverages while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your expertise in bartending and knowledge of food safety will contribute to an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring satisfaction with their orders.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary.
- Adhere to all food safety and health regulations while handling food and drinks.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain service quality.

Requirements





- Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills with experience in cashiering.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests and team members.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an asset.
- Smart serve certification
