The Job:

- Work as an independent contractor at the Rehab Hero clinic
- Assess the patient's medical history, signs and symptoms, and treatment goals
- Communicate and deliver a comprehensive treatment plan
- Accurately document the client's condition and progress following every treatment session (SOAP notes) in an online medical system
- Follow basic clinical workflow and business practices
- Participate in ongoing clinical and patient management education
- Understand your personal goals, and in conjunction with the clinic director develop an action plan and level of support required to help you reach them
- Deliver a sports massage and prescribe exercises utilizing strength and conditioning theory

Requirements:

- Licensed and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario
- Appropriate liability and malpractice insurance
- Experience with Strength & Conditioning
- Part-time: Monday to Friday - 8 hour shifts, Saturday & Sunday - 6 hour shifts
