Keg Servers at the Keg Steakhouse + Bar Fallsview are responsible for interacting with our guests and ensuring they have an excellent dining experience. Servers are also responsible for ensuring positive guest interactions while serving guests in a friendly, timely manner.

As the successful candidate your main responsibilities will be:

- Demonstrating a dedication to service and hospitality – tries to ensure every guest leaves with a sense that their experience was outstanding in every way
- Demonstrates knowledge of our menu and can explain it in a way that exudes passion for our food and beverage programs.
- Demonstrates the willingness and ability to go above and beyond for any guest
- Demonstrates teamwork and communicates positively and professionally to all departments to ensure that guest needs are being met at all times
- Setup, takedown and ongoing cleanliness of the Server station(s)
- Demonstrates and adheres to proper steps in responsible service of alcohol





The qualifications for this position are as follows:

- Minimum 1 year of serving experience preferred.
- Must hold a valid Smart Serve certification.
- Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during stressful and/or busy times.
- Great multitasking, communication, and time management skills.
- Commitment to succeed in a team-orientated setting.
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
