Uniglobe Carefree Travel, Western Canada's premier travel agency, is growing and we're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Leisure Travel Specialist to join our in-person team in beautiful Courtenay, BC.

What You'll Be Doing

- Helping clients plan dream vacations, cruises, tours, and customized travel experiences
- Providing exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and via email
- Building lasting relationships with clients
- Creating travel itineraries and making reservations
- Staying current on destinations, travel trends, and supplier promotions
- Working collaboratively with a supportive and experienced team

What We're Looking For





- Previous travel agency experience is an asset
- A Travel and Tourism diploma or certificate is preferred (cost of program included in employment if you don’t currently have it)
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with a GDS system is an asset
- A passion for travel and helping people

Pay: $40,000.00-$75,220.11 per year
