Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Dental Receptionist to join our vibrant dental team! Duties

- Greet patients warmly, check them in and out efficiently, and ensure a positive first impression.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments using dental practice management software such as Tracker.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, direct calls appropriately, and relay messages promptly.
- Verify patient insurance information, process payments, and handle billing procedures accurately.




- Coordinate communication between patients, dental staff, and external providers to ensure seamless care delivery.

Experience

- Prior experience working as a Dental Receptionist is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with the dental practice management software tracker.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent front desk support with professionalism, efficiency, and a friendly demeanor.

Days: Part Time: Every Friday 8am-4pm, 2 Saturdays/month 8am-3pm
