A Medical Aesthetic Lounge is a modern medical aesthetics clinic dedicated to providing personalized, results-driven skin and aesthetic treatments in a professional, welcoming environment. We are looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, and client-focused Medical Esthetician / Laser Technician to join our growing team.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare and medical aesthetics, enjoys educating clients, and takes pride in delivering exceptional treatment experiences and results.

You will work closely with clients to assess their skin concerns, recommend appropriate treatments and home-care routines, and perform a variety of advanced aesthetic services.

Responsibilities

- Perform professional medical aesthetic and skincare treatments based on individual client needs.
- Conduct detailed skin consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Perform facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling and other advanced skin treatments within your scope of practice.
- Perform laser and light-based treatments, including hair removal and skin-rejuvenation services, following appropriate training and safety protocols.
- Educate clients on skincare products, treatment plans and proper home-care routines.
- Maintain accurate client treatment records and follow clinic protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a comfortable,



professional experience for every client.
- Maintain a clean, organized and sanitary treatment environment.
- Stay current with trends, technologies and best practices in medical aesthetics.
- Support clinic operations, including retail sales, rebooking and client follow-up.

Qualifications

- Licensed Esthetician / Medical Esthetician or equivalent recognized qualification.
- Experience in medical aesthetics, laser treatments or a clinical spa environment is an asset.
- Experience with advanced skincare treatments and professional skincare products.
- Laser/IPL certification or experience is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions and contraindications.
- Passionate about skincare, beauty and helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.

Schedule

Part-time or Full time
Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends.
