Job Summary

Join our energetic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate, This role will be responsible for picking orders, putting away inventory, and general warehouse clean up. Other tasks may be required when necessary. This position requires organization, detailed orientation, accuracy, and timeliness.

Responsibilities

- Sort, organize and put away inventory in proper locations
- Picking of orders for shipping and/or transfers to other MDC locations
- Remove or load packages from freight & courier trucks
- Daily cleanup of common warehouse areas
- Ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards from aisles
- Work as an active team member to complete team goal
- Other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager

Qualifications

- Previous work in a warehouse setting with knowledge of warehouse procedures & warehousing is an asset




- Ability to see the bigger picture and make suggestions for improvement
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Motivated and energetic
- General computer skills
- Extended periods of standing or walking
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Experience with order picking, packaging, and load & unload activities in a fast-paced setting

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22.5 per week
