We are looking for a hands-on, mechanically minded individual to join our team
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with small gasoline engines and outdoor power equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and tune-ups.
- Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools and power tools.
- Test and inspect equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Diagnoise and repair minor electrical issues
- Assist Buyers with issues related to repairs and maintenance.
- Assembly of Light Duty Equipment
- Assisting with packaging equipment for shipping
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A valid Class G driver’s license with a clean or satisfactory driver’s abstract (no more than three demerit points) is preferred.
- Valuable organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience with tools, mechanics, or small engine repair
- Ability to fix engines and electrical equipment
- Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to obtain certification
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers professionally
- An undergraduate degree is an asset
- Multi-lingual is an asset
Note: Starting salary is dependant on knowledge and experience
