Job Overview

Responsibilities

- Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high service standards
- Handle cash transactions with basic math skills and cash handling procedures
- Ensure food safety and proper food handling practices are followed at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area
- Assist with setting up dining areas and preparing for service shifts
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction




- Support team members during busy periods to ensure seamless service flow

Skills

- Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is preferred
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Excellent time management to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Ability to serve food and beverages professionally in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Hospitality-oriented mindset with a focus on creating positive guest experiences
