Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Phone Appointment Setter to join our sales team. This role involves calling our current customers, as well as former customers to attempt to bring them in for other services. If you feel confident on the phone, love helping people, and like talking to people, this is the role for you. We have a very fun and great work environment and a BEAUTIFUL office!

Some phone experience and gentle persuasion phone ability is encouraged!

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using targeted lists and scripts
- Engage potential customers with professionalism and enthusiasm to generate interest in our products or services
- Effectively communicate the value propositions of our offerings, emphasizing benefits aligned with client needs
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team, ensuring all details are accurately recorded in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce)
- Follow up with prospects as needed to confirm appointments and address preliminary questions
- Maintain detailed records of call activities, outcomes, and customer interactions




- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and improve appointment conversion rates
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills when addressing objections or scheduling constraints

Qualifications

- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or business development preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes, marketing strategies, and technology sales is desirable
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and build rapport quickly
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience in customer service or technical sales is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education or relevant certifications are a plus
