Responsibilities

- Educate clients on self-care techniques and post-treatment recommendations for continued wellness
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and clinic productivity
- Communicate clearly with clients about their treatment process, benefits, and any necessary follow-up care
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided,

Requirements

- Valid registration and licensure as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate regulatory body
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and massage therapy practices
- Solid customer service skills with the ability to connect empathetically with clients
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatment procedures and address client questions
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented attitude
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not required
- Must be committed to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all health and safety standards

Pay: $80.00-$100.00 per hour
